Single-Handed Arts, LLC is a Fine Arts and Photorgraphy services business. Run and operated by Luis Rosa-Valentin (Artist) and Joshua Hubbell (Photographer). We operate in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area but we can and are willing to travel further then that if need be.
Luis Rosa-Valentin
Luis Rosa-Valentin is artist and president of Single-Handed Arts. Though he has made art throughout his life, his first career was with the U.S. Army. He served with the U.S. Army up through when he was injured during service in 2008 by an IED in Iraq, losing both his legs and his arm. But that didn’t stop him from enjoying life and has since retired from the military as an artist and is working to get into art therapy.
Joshua Hubbell
It is my passion to take photos and I look forward to producing the best shoots I can when I go out with my camera (which is pretty much every day). I have spent the last 15 years of my life working on photography because every day is something new and amazing. There is nothing better than that moment during a photo shoot when you know you have the shoot. Oh sure, it may not look like much yet on that tiny viewfinder but once I’ve processed it I know it will be awesome and I know the person I am photographing is going to love it.
